Year Membership: The undersigned promises to pay total of $1,068 per year payable as follows: $89.00 per month, payable on the first of each month, with the first instalment being payable on first scheduled day of class in the amount of $89.00 and the remaining 11 instalments payable on the same day of each consecutive month thereafter until paid in full. 6 Month Membership: The undersigned promises to pay total of $570.00 per 6 months payable as follows: $95.00 per month, payable on the first of each month, with the first instalment being payable on first scheduled day of class in the amount of $95.00 and the remaining 5 instalments payable on the same day of each consecutive month thereafter until paid in full. The undersigned shall be responsible for a $100 penalty fee in the event of early termination for any reason (subject to Exceptions paragraph of this agreement).

 

Month to Month Program: The undersigned promises to pay total of $99.00 per month, payable on the first day of each month, with the first instalment being payable in the amount of $99.00. This contract will automatically renew each month and the undersigned agrees, unconditionally, to pay the above tuition without regard to the attendance made or classes missed.Download Registration Form

 

Black Belts Program The undersigned promises to pay total of $69.00 per month, payable on the first day of each month, with the first instalment being payable in the amount of $69.00.
